Planning a San Leandro reception
Start with the venue’s room layout and load-in instructions. At a banquet room, community space, or private celebration, the best booth spot is one guests can see without blocking dinner tables or service routes. Share the building entrance, parking arrangements, stairs or elevator details, and the person who can confirm placement on the day.
Leave a separate waiting area next to the booth. For a larger guest list, discuss whether three operating hours fit the reception schedule or an additional hour would be useful. The right answer depends on when guests are free to participate, rather than guest count alone.
Give guests both prints and digital memories
Instant prints provide something guests can take home during the celebration. QR downloads and the digital album make it easier to keep and share the photos afterward. Our package offers 2 × 6 strips or 4 × 6 prints; ask about the format that best fits your custom design. The optional album and scrapbook serve different purposes, so discuss how you want to save your own copies.
Space, power, and setup
Allow roughly 10 ft × 10 ft for the booth, backdrop, and prop table, with extra space for guests waiting. We need one standard power outlet within reach. Venue Wi-Fi is helpful for QR downloads, and a mobile hotspot can be used when venue Wi-Fi is limited; discuss connectivity at the specific venue with us.
