How early should we book?

Once your venue and wedding date are confirmed, it is worth checking availability. Popular spring, summer, and fall Bay Area dates book 4–9 months out.

Can the template match our wedding?

Yes. Your print template can include your names, wedding date, colors, florals, typography, and overall wedding style.

Do guests get digital copies?

Yes. Guests can use QR downloads during the reception, and you will receive a full digital album after the wedding.

How much space does the photo booth need?

Plan for roughly an 10 ft x 10 ft footprint for the booth, backdrop, and prop table. We are flexible if your venue is tight on space, just inform us during booking.

Do you need power or Wi-Fi at the venue?

We need one standard power outlet within reach of the setup. Wi-Fi is helpful for QR downloads, but we can also use a mobile hotspot when venue Wi-Fi is limited.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. A 50% deposit secures your wedding date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event.

Open-air or enclosed booth?

We use an open-air style setup, which fits group photos better and looks more polished in your wedding photos and on Instagram.
