If your venue is reached by a bridge or tunnel, share the arrival route recommended by the venue and any loading window. A street address is a starting point; the reception room, equipment route, and loading instructions make the plan usable.
For a waterfront or patio setting, decide on an indoor backup with the coordinator. Discuss wind protection, shade, power, and connectivity with the booth team before settling on the spot. Indoors, a position near the reception activity helps guests find the booth while keeping the entrance and food-service routes clear.

For a wedding, personalize the print template with your names, date, and design style. For a birthday or company event, send the theme and template preferences when requesting your quote. Choose your backdrop and print format as part of planning so the setup feels connected to the rest of the event.
Space, power, and setup
Allow roughly 10 ft × 10 ft for the booth, backdrop, and prop table, with extra space for guests waiting. We need one standard power outlet within reach. Venue Wi-Fi is helpful for QR downloads, and a mobile hotspot can be used when venue Wi-Fi is limited; discuss connectivity at the specific venue with us.
